Capital Cellars

Capitol Cellars opened in March 2015 in Boise’s subterranean Belgravia cellar. The intentions of owners Melinda and Skip Smyser was to provide customers with locally sourced, high-quality cuisine, paired with a world-class wine list. With that focus, it shouldn’t be a surprise that Capitol Cellars was and is still, a hit. To prove the point, the Idaho Statesman selected Capitol Cellars as the Best New Restaurant in 2015 and in 2016 it received the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
