If you call yourself a connoisseur of fine beer, you’ve probably already checked out one of Boise’s newer breweries, Clairvoyant Brewing Company. Eric, coming to Boise all the way from Rockville, Maryland, is the master brewer responsible for adding Clairvoyant to Boise’s impressive list of breweries. He’s been in the industry for many years and showcases his talents by providing customers with beers for every taste, to include a light Belgian ale, a cream ale, a pineapple ale and several others. Better yet, because not everyone is a beer drinker, Clairvoyant also has some cider and wine options to tempt you (great business decision, Eric!).
Located in the west end, Clairvoyant is the perfect place to catch your favorite sport team in action while enjoying a delicious beverage in a very cool space. NFL package? check! On their Facebook page, Eric says “Our quest is to offer a tasteful adventure and admiration into the world of craft beer. We want you to come down and enjoy our passion, our constant beer exploration and discovery.” I would say that’s exactly what they have done.
And because beer, sports and snacks go well together, Eric has connected with some of the best Boise food truck owners and worked out win/win setups for food trucks to be on site at Clairvoyant. We live two blocks from Clairvoyant so we were especially pleased when they opened their doors. There are so many places one can visit in Boise so the beer, cider, wine and sports viewing make Clairvoyant a nice option. When you add on the food truck, it becomes a perfect option when I don’t feel like making dinner. We have enjoyed Clairvoyant since the very beginning and know that you will too. Hope to see you there soon.
