Cottonwood Grille

With a location on the Boise River, dining on the patio at the Cottonwood Grille is ideal. But while the patio setting is beautiful, the Cottonwood Grille offers much, much more. Working with a full-service bar,the bartenders are more than happy to whip you up a handcrafted specialty cocktail or pour you a beer from an Idaho or Northwest microbrewery. The bar is a winner for me because of their happy hours when I can get a $3.00 well drink or house wine AND a half-price appetizer. If I’ve had a touch day, I make it better with a $6 Idaho Huckleberry cocktail. Yum! The bar is a great after-work meeting spot with two TVs for catching up on the game but you can also enjoy the happy hour specials on the patio.

The Cottonwood Grille menu features seasonal Northwest fare, wild game, fresh seafood and beef sourced from the Northwest Double R Ranch. The variety in the menu easily stands up to the more than 200 different wines in the Cottonwood wine cellar. It’s a toss up for me to determine if they’re a frequent member of the Idaho Statesman’s Best of Treasure Valley report because of the bar offerings, the patio or the fine dining menu. Or maybe all three. Come check it out and make your own guess.
